Everlasting Serendipity coordinated my wedding on the day of and everything went as well as we had hoped for. We hired Emily as a referral from a friend of mine who had also used her for his wedding. Emily was incredibly personable and help guide us from the initial planning to the final day. At times when you feel your nerves kick in and start feeling anxious, she did a great job of comforting you and keeping you on track. Emily is great on communication and always there to offer suggestions. As far as the wedding day, I could not have asked for a better coordinator. Emily and her team have went above and beyond for us. We had a scrapbook that people didn’t really have time to fill out and her team went around to snap additional Polaroids for us during the event. They even went the extra step of making sure those photos were scrap booked with stickers and they came out great! During the wedding, Emily and her team were there to walk you through each event and making sure you were at the right spot and at the right time. On your wedding day, you want someone you can trust 100% so that you can spend your entire time enjoying your wedding day.

Emily was awesome! My, now wife 🙂 , and I both own business and work over 14 hours a day. When we get home, we just want to unwind and watch Netflix. Planning the wedding was both the first and last thing on our minds. It was something that we knew we had to do, but didn’t have the time or energy to get started on. We decided to hire someone to help. We actually tried another lady before Emily and this lady seemed to completely ignore our budget, request, and never picked up the phone or returned our calls. She was a total amateur and a nightmare. My wife looked online and found Emily. We thought we would give her a try. Emily was the complete opposite of the first lady. She is VERY professional. She stuck to our budget, was responsive to our needs, and was very friendly. Emily handled everything from start to finish, making the process pretty painless for us. She was very polite to our guests. We will be recommending her to our friends!

Everdipity coordinated my wedding last month. I hired Emily about midway through my wedding planning because I was in denial that I needed a coordinator. I enjoyed all the aspects of wedding planning and I am a very organized person, so I initially thought I can save the money and skip the wedding coordinator. Then, literally every past brides I talked to, every vendor I met with, ALL told me to hired at least a day of coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly. After doing research, I found and booked E.S. During the planning stages, I met with Emily a few times to discuss the details. She wrote down all my ideas on her notebook, even if it’s something small. She also gave me some great suggestions and answered all of my questions timely. Now that the wedding is over, I think back to it and THANK GOD I hired Emily. One of my biggest concerns for our wedding was time management. I’ve been a part of a wedding where everything was 30+ minutes later than the scheduled time slot. I was very fearful that this would happen to us. We had 2 venues (one for ceremony, one for reception), and we had quite a bit of events going on, and a lot of DIYs. During the last 2 weeks or so, I began to unload every tiny detail on Emily and I’m surprised how she’s able to remember everything when it was getting all over the place even for me. Despite of all this chaos of excruciating details and 2 venues, every event was on time and organized. Every vendor knew where they’re supposed to be, and my husband and I didn’t worry about a thing. The time management was amazing! We even had time to eat during the reception! Emily and her team are extremely professional and will surely make your event a stress free one!

Everlasting Serendipity is a company that is rare nowadays. Emily takes the time to get to know you and not just what you want. It is through this when it is all said and done your results are exactly what you envisioned. Your wedding planning can be a very stressful process. Once we hired Emily she was on top of everything. It took so much stress off my wife and I. The best part of it was that everything turned out just as we envisioned. If it wasn’t for Emily our special day would of definitely been a lot more stressful. She took care of all the vendors and made sure everything ran as it should. She always had a smile and never said no to anything that was asked of her. With a work ethic and knowledge like hers and her team, it is impossible to not be happy with the job they do. I cannot say thank you enough for the job they did. I will always be a spokesmen for this company. You can tell from the first moment that they love what they do!

Emily was our wedding planner and thank the Lord for sending her. After listening to the horror stories of friends and family planning their big day, we decided to hire a professional. Emily came highly recommended, she was sweet, efficient, realistic and helped us stay well within our budget. From her selection of DJ, to itinerary planning, coordinating between church and reception venue, her gifts of planning really shined. Our dear friends and love ones that attended our wedding commented on how smooth and fun the wedding was. Her creative ideas for table scape, picture opportunities we wouldn’t have thought of. No hiccups, not one person asked us a single question about schedules or anything for that matter. We were free to really enjoy our big day. If you would like to have an amazing wedding and minimize stress HIRE Emily hands down. She is heaven sent!

The team at Everlasting Serendipity was simply the best! I can’t imagine how we would have managed everything on our wedding day without Emily’s expert help. While my bride and I originally planned out our day on our own, we realized that we needed everything to follow a strict timeline on our wedding day and sought out someone to help us as a ‘day-of’ coordinator. Thankfully, we had a referral from a couple we knew who were getting married and from our first meeting with Emily, we realized how lucky we were to find Everlasting Serendipity. We had two receptions in two different locations in addition to the ceremony and a separate trip for photos. Emily made sure everything was perfect throughout the day. The help from the team meant my wife and I could focus entirely on the event and our friends and family. All the vendors we had selected were channeled to Emily and her team to coordinate multiple deliveries throughout the day at different locations and everything we needed was set-up just right to make our day easy at every turn. And, Emily’s experience shown through in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Her kit of supplies always had just what we or our guests needed. (Fix some hair? Pin a boutonniere? Smile from the ring-bearer? Check, check, and check!) She naturally lead her team to create beautiful arrangements of food and party favors. And, when we had a sudden need for someone to help keep track of our family dog (well outside of any reasonable expectation from us), they helped without hesitation. They also helped with subtle tasks like slipping the desired prayer before dinner into the hands of our presider while he was already talking and no one missed a beat! At every turn, Emily over-delivered. I simply can’t say enough about how Emily and her team made our day easier for us, better for our guests, and memorable in so many positive ways.

Groom here. Truthfully speaking, did not think we needed a wedding planner at the beginning but now that the wedding is done, was very happy we had Emily coordinate for us. There’s a lot of events during our wedding and pre-planning everything with Emily and offloading to her on the day of allowed us to have a stress free and wonderful wedding. Emily and her assistants kept things organized and moving along while being out of the way. Key point in our wedding that made me glad we had Emily: We had a Gelato bar at our wedding and in between all the business, without even asking, Emily got us some right between two scheduled events so that we can enjoy it.

This is an overdue review for our wedding back in February 2016. Emily is awesome to work with! She is very professional, easy going, and is a great listener! Emily replies back to all of my questions within a few hours, and sometimes within an hour of sending her a message. My husband and I trusted Emily to make our special day a memorable one, and she did not disappoint. Emily is not pushy, listens to what we want, found the best deals for us, and made it happen to work within our budget. She offered great advice on how much and when to tip our vendors, and also helped with giving the tip envelops out to some of our vendors when our hands were tied with taking pictures. On our wedding day, Emily brought her sewing kit, make-up kit, and whatever else she thinks we may need. Emily made sure the bridesmaids, groomsmen, both parents, flower girls, and ring boys know their role and prepped them for the ceremony. Once the ceremony ended, Emily made sure all of our things were moved to the reception site and she double checked each space/room we used at the ceremony site to make sure we did not forget anything. At the reception, Emily made sure the decorations are up, everything look according to plan, and once again prepped us for the grand entrance. Emily did a great job in coordinating with our DJ and made sure they were both on the same page with music and when each wedding party is heading in. Emily also did a great job at our reception and made sure it ran on schedule, communicated with the vendors on our behalf when she noticed something is out of place and fixed it right away. She constantly checks in on us and took care of our needs that night. Whether it be getting the waiters to refill our water glasses, fixing my up do hair when it started falling, or just making sure we are okay. At the end of the night, she put all of our belongings in our car and again made sure nothing were forgotten. Emily is just Awesome!! We highly recommend her! Thank you Emily!!!

I highly recommend Emily & her team. She was hired for day of coordinating but was very helpful and always available if I had any questions or concerns beforehand. Three major issues came up, but Emily helped me get through them. First was dealing with my caterer, but Emily stepped in and took care of everything. I was also devasted that my Dad was not able to travel due to illness, but she gave me ideas to still make it special. Lastly it rained unexpectedly on my wedding day, but she kept me calm and decorated another room indoor just as beautiful. Thank you again Serendipity Everlasting for everything!

I spent a year planning my dream wedding and Emily was there from the very start. From the beginning, Emily walked us through multiple venue locations, gave us great ideas on color schemes, themes and vendor options, and finalized the look and tone of our wedding ceremony and reception. Not only was she organized, but she was also very creative. I showed her some wedding signs on Pinterest that I liked and she was able to help me design a similar one that came out perfect. My wedding day was very long, starting at 10 in the morning, lasting till 10 at night. Emily and her team were early for the tea ceremony and kept us on schedule throughout the day, which I know is a very tough task. She was ready for any situation, even fixing my ripped Chinese dress right before the tea ceremony, as she came prepared with a sewing kit. The wedding was perfect and we received many compliments from our friends and family. She gave us a chance to enjoy our big day without any stress and I am so glad we hired her. Emily was very professional and an amazing coordinator to work with. I highly recommend her!
